Frank has been a working photographer in multiple genres for over 20 years. From 2005 to 2019, his work could be seen as a contributor to local papers, magazines, and various publications through out the Inland Empire.
Frank brings his creativeness, professionalism, attention to detail, dedication, and fun attitude to every shoot.
Frank graduated from the Master of Fine Arts studio arts program at Cal State San Bernardino where he had been experimenting with new approaches to his work and its ties to the phenomenological experience. Since graduating, he is enjoying sharing his passion and teaching photography as an adjunct professor at different colleges, after school programs, and workshops.
