Frank is a seasoned photographer with over 20 years of experience in various genres. From 2005 to 2019, his work was featured in numerous local newspapers, magazines, and publications throughout the Inland Empire.
Frank brings creativity, professionalism, attention to detail, dedication, and a fun attitude to every shoot.
He holds a Master of Fine Arts degree in studio arts from Cal State San Bernardino, where he experimented with new approaches to his work and its connection to phenomenological experiences. Since graduating, Frank has been sharing his passion for photography by teaching as an adjunct professor at various colleges, after-school programs, and workshops.
